The core leadership team of our company has several years of work experience with large pharmaceutical companies and is good in operation, research and development and production management models which helps our company to technically synchronize with foreign institutions standards and strong strategic cooperation with industry-leading companies.

Xu Jim, Master, President of Zenji Pharmaceutical, actual controller, has experience over 20 years in corporate management and capital operation. He holds a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Anhui Medical University and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. Professionally being a doctor and a business graduate he has a great passion towards the pharmaceutical industry which drives him towards the pharmaceutical industry. From 1994 to 2007 he worked for different leading pharmaceutical companies as a manager, deputy general manager and general manager for R&D, marketing, quality and manufacturing. In the year 2007 he founded the Zenji group with R&D as key drive and in 2012 company also moved towards manufacturing of APIs and advanced intermediates. With his passion towards the industry and business skills made the company one of the fastest developing company with 1 state-of-the-art R&D center and 3 manufacturing sites (3rd site is under construction) .

Ge Min, Ph.D., Vice President of Zenji Pharmaceutical. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a bachelor's degree in 1993. He pursued his PhD from Princeton University in 1998. During his doctoral period, he published 2 American Science Journal papers (Science), 4 JACS, and 5 international patents. From 1998 to 2001, he as done his post-doctoral research at Harvard University under E. J. Corey (Nobel laureate in Chemistry). From 2001 to 2007 he has worked with Merck & Co. in USA as a team lead for Research and development group, engaged in the development of new drugs. During his work in Merck he worked for multiple new drug projects and has more than 10 international new drug research and development patents. In the year 2007, he joined in the Zenji group as one of the founding member. Since then he is working as a Vice president and principle scientist. Under his guidance our company has got more than 20 patents and our R&D standards were also reached to the global standards.
